Vista Drive Icons is an icon package that allows for adapting the appearance of the units of the Windows XP, 2000, 98, 95 and NT operating systems to the visual style of the new Microsoft operating system, Windows Vista.
Since the first images of what today is known as Windows Vista were released, a big quantity of programmes have appeared, icon packages, visual styles, task bars, buttons, animations, login screens, bootloaders, etc. that try to emulate the graphic appearance and behaviour of some system icons.
Vista Drive Icons is a simple application that allows for changing the monotonous icons of versions previous to Windows Vista, for the excellent icons that the new system brings.
The icons included in Vista Drive Icons are dynamic - a progress bar gets bigger when the storage device is filling, to give a better user experience.
