TrucoTec 2006 is an excellent card game played with Spanish cards, where you have to form different combinations of cards in order to win at the various facets of the game.
The famous card game commonly known as "Truco," has the particularity that in order to defeat your opponent you don't necessarily have to tell the truth, but you need to get your rivals to believe everything that you say. Plus the game is divided into two facets called "envido" and "truco." The first consists in adding up the points of the cards with the same suit, and adding 20 (except for the numbers 10, 11, and 12 which are only worth 1). The second facet is divided into the challenge calls of "truco," "retruco," and "vale cuatro."
