Ulead PhotoImpact is a very complete image editor that lets you retouch and work with photos and images creatively.
With Ulead PhotoImpact your computer contains a complete photography lab that lets you: cut, paste, delete, modify, edit, import from your digital camera, change the format, etc. It even lets you change red eyes in those photos that you like but usually delete because of this effect.
Ulead PhotoImpact has an assistant that lets you change the program environment depending on what you want to do. You can modify the interface so that you see the toolbar that you use the most when you start up the program.
Ulead PhotoImpact has two viewing options, Basic and Advanced.
