One of the new features of this version is a polysonic modular synthesiser called Thor. This synthesiser has 6 types of different oscillators and 4 filters. It also has 6 slots for filters and oscillators that let you load up to 3 filters and 3 oscillators at the same time.
Reason has a function called Single Note Repeat that starts up the arpeggiation when two or more notes are playing simultaneously, letting you go back and forth between playing lead lines and arpeggiated chords.
