Recuva is a programme developed by the creators of the renowned cleaning and optimisation programme CCleaner, which main objective consists in recovering all kinds of documents and documents eliminated by mistake.
Because of multiple reasons it is possible to lose data and documents, or through the malicious activity of some virus, a general system failure, bad file management, or simply a mistake. Because of that it is always recommended to have some recovery utility for solving any eventuality.
Recuva presents a simple and intuitive interface, it does not include many functionalities, it simply recovers eliminated files (but only if they have not been overwritten).
