In accordance with Google’s aim of providing as much information as possible as quickly and reliably as possible, GOOGLE EARTH allows you to find and view any building, shop, restaurant etc. anywhere on Earth. This is possible thanks to streaming technology and a database of aerial and satellite photographs.
The images can be rotated and inclined and you can even look up at the sky.
The way it works is simple: you enter the address and press search and the building you are looking for automatically appears on the screen along with the directions you need to get there.
Another feature of GOOGLE EARTH is the possibility of adding comments to your searches to achieve a completely personalised guide that you can save in a private place wherever you want or share with your friends.
